Do I need to book in advance?

While walk-ins are sometimes possible, we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred tee time, especially at weekends.

Is there a dress code

Yes. Smart casual golf attire is expected on the course. Collared shirts, tailored shorts or trousers, and golf shoes are required. Jeans, trainers, and collarless tops are not permitted on the course.

How many holes does the course have?

We have 11 unique holes played as a full 18-hole round. The front nine and back nine use different tees on shared holes, with the par 3s playing differently, giving a varied challenge. The course plays to a par of 70 over approximately 6,200 yards.

Is the course open year-round?

Yes. Thanks to our elevated position and excellent drainage, we rarely close — even during the wettest Lancashire winters. Check our Course Status on the homepage for the latest conditions.

We have a practice putting green. There is no driving range on site, but there are facilities nearby.

Yes! Our clubhouse function room is available for private hire including birthdays, wakes, christenings, and corporate events. It offers a warm, welcoming space with catering options and a fully licensed bar.
